operate 5 continuous feed progressive presses suited
to workloads of up to 100 tonnes and materials 6mm
thick.

Presswork:
Our
10,000sq.ft premises in Reading is equipped with
a range of complimentry facilities such
as sheetmetal plant, fabrication bays, machining
capacity, heat treatment,
and sub-assembly areas. |

Material
& Finish: We work with all basic
material types such as spring steel, stainless steel, phosphor
bronze, beryllium copper, mild
steel, and aluminium as well as specialty materials
and offer a range of finishing options including
powder coating, painting, plating & polishing.

Contacts:
Much of our work is for the electrical and electronics
industries who require contacts and other electrically
conductive components with spring qualities. We offer
a range of materials including copper and brass and
have access to the services of local electroplaters
for tin, silver and gold surface deposition.

Claridge Springs & Wireforms can fabricate clips for
most applications in steel, aluminium, copper and number
of other materials.
