Overview: We operate a range of machinery for flat spring manufacture including a Bihler Multislide 7 tonne press station (12 slides) which gives us the capacity to handle high volume production runs of up to 100,000 off.

Flat Springs: We manufacture a wide range of flat springs for industries across the UK including the marine, medical, automotive, electronics and general engineering sectors.

Flat Spring Tooling: Claridge Springs & Wireforms manufacture all tooling for the manufacture of flat springs inhouse which means we can repair tools and parts quickly. Our machining capability includes milling, turning, grinding, drilling and sawing.
